Today I am excited to announce that Vertiv Tech Co. Ltd. is officially founded! Starting today, Emerson Network Power China is formally renamed to Vertiv China.

今天，維諦技術(shù)（Vertiv）宣布，任命祝金程先生（Robert Zhu）為維諦技術(shù)（Vertiv）有限公司大中華區(qū)總裁，自2017年10月23日起正式生效。

祝金程先生將全面承擔大中華區(qū)業(yè)務(wù)及組織管理職責，致力推動公司業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展并提升業(yè)務(wù)盈利能力。祝金程先生將帶領(lǐng)維諦技術(shù)（Vertiv）中國團隊，始終以客戶為本、不斷創(chuàng)新、提供卓越的解決方案和服務(wù)，推動以關(guān)鍵技術(shù)成就永遠在線的美好未來。

祝金程先生擁有在中國、澳大利亞、馬來西亞及新加坡多地生活和工作的深厚背景，具備全球化的思維及多元化的文化觸覺，使其在不同業(yè)務(wù)及行業(yè)環(huán)境中屢創(chuàng)佳績。在加入維諦技術(shù)（Vertiv）之前，祝金程先生曾擔任深圳中興力維技術(shù)有限公司主席和首席執(zhí)行官，以及ABB 集團副總裁兼南亞地區(qū)總經(jīng)理、全球最大的安防企業(yè)之一泰科安防(Tyco)亞太區(qū)總裁兼中國區(qū)總裁、Kennametal 公司區(qū)域高管。

祝金程先生擁有墨爾本莫納什大學企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略及全球運營專業(yè)的 MBA 學位，皇家墨爾本理工大學電子工程及計算機專業(yè)碩士學位，以及華北電力大學電子工程及自動化專業(yè)的本科學位。2016 年 5 月，祝金程先生榮獲中國政府對于企業(yè)家的最高褒獎“中國優(yōu)秀創(chuàng)新企業(yè)家”稱號。
